PINTⓈ

PINTⓈ owns a behaviour, not a venue.

Purposeful Intentional Network Thinking — a modern campfire for purposeful conversation, contribution, connection and action.

Meeting of the minds

Small talk builds familiarity. A PINTⓈ conversation builds understanding.

Traditional networking encourages people to perform, pitch, exchange contacts and search for immediate value. PINTⓈ creates a different environment.

People enter through a shared experience, a meaningful question, a common transition, a community concern, a performance challenge or a moment of reflection. The conversation then reveals shared need, expertise, connection, contribution and opportunity.

Instead of “what do you do?”, it asks questions that open thinking:

  • What problem are you trying to solve?
  • What question are you wrestling with?
  • What are you seeing that others are missing?
  • Where could two ideas collide and create something new?

The method

Six preferences that protect the quality of the room

Conversation over presentation

Contribution over competition

Curiosity over premature critique

Collaboration over extraction

Listening over performance

Intention over transactional expectation

And underneath all six: relationships before transactions, and continued relationship over one-time networking.

From the founder’s brief — the modern campfire

The two formats

Two people at a table, or a room of two hundred.

A PINTⓈ experience is not defined by alcohol. The beverage is optional; the intentional conversation is the purpose. The behaviour owns the name, not the venue.

Format one

Meet for a PINT

An informal one-to-one or small-team conversation that happens outside the conference room — a coffee shop, a hotel lobby, a brewery, a walk.

Format two

PINTⓈ Pop-Up

A curated modern campfire built around a single conversation theme. A mobile speaking and conversation platform where the topic supplies context and the people create the conversation.

The four-stage movement

  • Shared activity
  • Facilitated conversation
  • Intentional collaboration
  • Opportunity design

Not every PINTⓈ must produce a business transaction. The first value may simply be understanding, connection, perspective, trust, a useful introduction, or a commitment to continue.

The event architecture

A repeatable six-step structure that moves toward useful action

  1. Step one

    The question

Every gathering begins with a real transition or developmental issue — not a topic chosen for its marketing value.

  2. Step two

    The presentation

A speaker or expert provides story, perspective or a framework. Short enough to start thinking, not long enough to end it.

  3. Step three

    The PINTⓈ conversation

The audience shifts from listening to thinking together, through moderated discussion or small-group exchange.

  4. Step four

    Practical application

Participants leave with a related tool — a checklist, a planner, a framework they can actually use.

  5. Step five

    Solution pathway

Relevant services or partner offerings are made available as optional ways to execute the next step. Commercial participation is permitted. Commercial domination is not.

  6. Step six

    Digital continuation

A governed touchpoint connects the physical experience back to digital tools, resources and follow-up through TRUFiT Connect.

How it relates

PINTⓈ is how people gather. It is not what the gathering is about.

With CANEⓈ

CANEⓈ provides the human support, relationship and belonging environment. PINTⓈ provides an authored conversational method used inside it. They are not the same thing — CANEⓈ may use PINTⓈ, but it is not made of it.

With STAI

STAI determines what transition need is being served. PINTⓈ determines how people gather and continue the conversation.

With Mind Warriors

Mind Warriors determines the youth, identity or performance context. PINTⓈ structures the athlete, coach, parent or community conversation.

With Built for Pressure

Built for Pressure provides the shared civic identity. PINTⓈ provides one method through which residents, businesses, leaders, students, athletes and organisations can think together and form BRICKs.

With TRUFiT Connect

PINTⓈ creates the human engagement. TRUFiT Connect preserves the authorised relationships, commitments, opportunities and follow-up that emerge from it.

The Ⓢ is a SoulMarkⓈ

It signifies that the concept has been intentionally authored and governed — distinguishing a common word from a purposeful methodology. It is part of the public display name, not part of the acronym’s expansion.

PINTⓈ means one thing. Purposeful Intentional Network Thinking. It is not Performance, Identity, Networking, Transition. It is not a bar event. Not every informal conversation is an official PINTⓈ, a gathering does not create a partnership merely because people attended, and PINTⓈ is not the parent of STAI or Mind Warriors.
